The expenses shown above reflect estimated costs for a student carrying a full-time load. These costs include basic fees and other charges; actual fees may vary based on specific programs and courses. These figures are subject to change and should be regarded as an estimate only.

*   Tuition & fees reflect the base charge for all students.  

** Apollos provides e-books to the students without any additional charge.

*** Room and board charges reflect an average of costs that students would expect to pay for food and housing in the Great Falls area.  Actual food and housing costs will vary, depending on a student’s living arrangements and lifestyle.  Apollos does not offer on-campus housing.

**** Other costs a student may spend include transportation and personal expenses.

Step 2: Once we receive the above-listed items:

We will review your admission file and mail you a letter of admission or a letter of denial.

Step 3: Upon acceptance:

Apollos University will issue your I-20 Certificate of Eligibility for non-immigrant F-1 status.

Step 4: Once you have the I-20:

Apollos University will issue you a Form I-20. You will pay the I-901 (SEVIS) fee, please visit fmjfee.com. You will need to keep the receipt for the SEVIS fee since you will need to prove it has been paid and you will need it with you when you fly to the US. After you receive the Form I-20 and register in SEVIS, pay the I-901 fee, you may apply at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate for a student (F-1) visa.

Step 5: Before you register for courses, you are required to submit:

• Evidence of an accident and sickness insurance policy or one of equal coverage for each semester in attendance at Apollos.
• Proof of English Proficiency. Please see https://apollos.edu/Page/30/Default.aspx for the specific requirements to meet the English Proficiency.

• For Undergraduate students, proof of completion of the equivalent of an American high school education with satisfactory grades.
  •  Transcripts must be evaluated by a credential evaluation service.
• Official transcript(s) from postsecondary institutions previously attended.
  •  Transcripts must be evaluated by a credential evaluation service.
• A physician-validated immunization record for measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, and skin testing for tuberculosis.

Prospective students whose native language is not English must demonstrate college-level proficiency in English through one of the following options:

Language Examination scores

• A minimum score of Reading 13 / Listening 12 / Writing 21 on the paper-delivered Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL Paper Delivered Test), or 60 on the Internet-Based Test (iBT) Note: TOEFL PBT does not assess oral skills, thus an interview will be conducted for this purpose.
• 6.0 on the International English Language Test (IELTS)
• 50 on the Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report
• 95 on the Duolingo English Test
• B2 on the Westcliff University CPE
• Completion of Westcliff REAL Intensive English courses: 300 & 301

Masters & Doctoral Degree:

• A minimum score of Reading 19 / Listening 20 / Writing 24 on the paper-delivered Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), or 79 on the Internet-Based Test (iBT)
• 6.5 on the International English Language Test (IELTS) Note: TOEFL PBT does not assess oral skills, thus an interview will be conducted for this purpose.
• 58 on the Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report
• 105 on the Duolingo English Test
• B2+ on the Westcliff University CPE
• Completion of Westcliff REAL Intensive English courses: 400 & 401

English Medium of Instruction (MOI)

• U.S. high school diploma or degree
• 30-semester credits or more from a recognized accredited U.S. degree-granting institution
• Transcripts or letter from the institution for the qualifying degree program stating that the medium of instruction (MOI) was in English
